Easter Service 2019

On 18 April, students took part in our traditional Famine Lunch programme at school to raise funds for the needy and to experience hunger.  In the afternoon, students gathered at Silcocks Hall to attend the Easter Service.  Mr Ho Kin-pong, the Evangelist of Tsung Tsin Mission of Hong Kong Kau Yan Church, was invited to talk about "Our Tie with Easter”.  Easter is a time for us to reflect and rejuvenate ourselves.  Mr Ho defined “faith” as a way to find new meanings in our life. Especially when people are facing failures, God always guides us from darkness to brightness.

PTA Outing 2019

The Parent-teacher Association (PTA) and our social workers organised an outing for parents, students and teachers in April 2019.  Routes were specially designed based on the theme of ‘Understanding the Old and New of the Central & Western District” in which various historical sites in the Central & Western Districts were included.  Not only did participants get to know more about the neighborhood, but they were also informed of the transformation of the district.  Thanks to the social workers, some ice-breaking mass games were conducted at the beginning so as to develop better understanding among participants, facilitating more interactions during the activity.
