Science Tour to Singapore

To promote STEM education and broaden the students’ horizons in science and technology, the Aerial Photography and Technology Team organized a study tour to Singapore, from 23 to 27 July. 20 S2 and S3 students joined the tour and participated in different science activities organised by "Science Festival @Singapore Science Centre". Students visited “Makerfaire”, which was an exhibition of booths displaying products which were invented by local secondary students and technology companies overseas. They also attended a 2-day workshop to assemble a robotic arm using programming language. Students were equipped with electronics and programming skills which allowed them to further explore robotic applications in solving daily life problems.
