Talk by Dr. Joyce Samoutou-Wong (New Sight Congo)
“Restoring sight, changing lives” is the slogan of New Sight Congo, a charitable organization which is committed to playing their roles in eliminating reversible and preventable causes of blindness and severe visual impairment. It is our honour to have invited Dr. Joyce Samoutou-Wong and her family members, Dr. Henri Samoutou and Cherissa Samoutou, to visit Ying Wa on 31st October and deliver a talk on their efforts to establish New Sight Congo in Congo, Africa. The sharing was inspiring, especially about the challenges they faced and their steadfast faith in God. It is normal to fear and worry, but through our trust and faith in the Lord, He will guide us to build a better world.
