飲食是日常情事，飲食文學著眼於以食物書寫記憶裡的味道、親情的滋味、生活中的情感交流、個人飲食經驗與審美感受、以及各種飲食食物的源起與文化遞變的論述。在味蕾與起憶的跳動之間，透過文字將飲食的美好、過往的記憶以及歷史典故，記錄下來。
