Two of the three teams from our school, comprising 13 students in total, advanced to the finals of the CUHK VEX Robotics Competition and won 1st Runner-up and a Merit Prize, respectively, among 100 teams representing 40 schools.
The competition required participants to design and assemble a robot, as well as programme it to complete specific missions. Over the past three months, our teams devoted considerable effort to preparation, attending regular robotics classes and intensive after-school training. Their dedication paid off as they successfully advanced through two preliminary rounds.
The competition showcased the students’ problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork. They demonstrated strong commitment and gained invaluable insights from the experience.
