S2 Team Building Day: Building Connections, Empathy, and Unity

On September 17, 2026, our Secondary 2 students participated in the S2 Team Building Day—an event designed to foster a positive class atmosphere, deepen empathy, and strengthen core interpersonal values, including cooperation, collaboration, communication, and respect.

Throughout the day, students engaged in a series of dynamic experiential learning activities. Challenges such as the Back-to-Back Stand-Up Challenge, Rolling Ball Relay, and Retrieval Challenge put their problem-solving and communication skills to the test, requiring seamless teamwork, role allocation, and trust to succeed. Through these shared experiences, students developed greater resilience and mutual support, recognizing that every individual brings valuable contributions to a group.

The ultimate highlight of the event was the “Draw-All-You-Can” project, a large-scale collaborative art effort. Each class worked together around a shared theme that reflected their unique class characteristics, with every student contributing to a section of a larger canvas. Once integrated, the completed artworks were proudly displayed on classroom noticeboards across the school. This creative initiative celebrated diversity, inclusiveness, and shared effort, providing students with a lasting visual reminder of how individual talents and ideas combine to build a strong, united class community.
