Cambridge Study Tour
12 Ying Wa girls, accompanied by Ms Wong Yung Sze, participated in the Cambridge Programmes for 2 weeks (July - Aug 2014). The Cambridge Programmes were organized by Mrs Rebecca Clark, who was the director of the Programmes emphasizing the importance of Play hard, work hard and think hard. Students were attending courses with different streams, namely Science, English Literature and General English. In the Programmes, Ying Wa girls had an eye-opening experience, with the enjoyment of different cultural activities such as punting along River Cam.


High Achievers 13-14
A Certificate Presentation was held on 11 July 2014 to recognise students with outstanding academic results.

End-of-Term Service
The end-of-term service took place in the School Hall on 11th July 2014. Prizes were presented after the service to students with outstanding achievements. Mrs. Lee then bade farewell to the graduating classes and teachers leaving Ying Wa.
Ying Wa Cup Volleyball Tournament
The Ying Wa Cup Volleyball Invitation Tournament was held on 9th July 2014. Participating Schools included: Diocesan Girls' School, Pui Ching Middle School, Pui Ying Secondary School, So Uk Girls' Team, Ying Wa Girls School (Team A), Ying Wa Girls School (Team B - alumnae).
Speech Day
The Annual Speech Day was held on 8 July 2014. Mr. Chong Hok Hei, Deputy Managing Director of Chungnam Corporation Ltd., came and delivered his speech to our graduates. Mrs. Chong Chan Yee Man presented certificates to our scholarship holders.

BOCHK Rising Star Award
Chan Wing Yin (2D), School Volleyball Team member, was awarded the BOCHK Rising Star Award (Girls, Volleyball Division 1).
Physics Olympiad
Yau Tsz Ching Dorothy (4B) was awarded Honourable Mention in the Hong Kong Physics Olympiad 2014 organized by the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education.
