CSD Competitions 2023-24

The Citizenship and Social Development (CSD) Department organized three different in-class competitions on the Constitution Day (in December 2023), the Basic Law (in February 2024) and the National Security Education Day (in April 2024) in order to consolidate the knowledge and enhance their sense of national identity in an interactive and fun way.  Kahoot was used to make the quizzes exciting and interactive in which the winner would be the one(s) answering the most number of questions in the shortest period of time.  Students were very engaged and enthusiastic to strive for the best.  At the end of the competition, a summary of all the questions and answers was distributed so that students could use it for revision.  Moreover, all S4 students worked in groups to design a poster, aiming at raising the awareness and consolidating their peers’ knowledge on national security.  Through simple in-class games and poster design work, students are to be nurtured into informed, law-abiding and responsible citizens.
