History & Heritage Talk by Dr TING Sun-pao Joseph (2020)
Being one of the most distinguished experts of recent Chinese and Hong Kong history, Dr Ting Sun-pao Joseph (丁新豹博士) not only is the former Chief Curator of the Hong Kong Museum of History, but he is also our school’s History and Heritage Education Consultant. It was our great honour to have him share with us the history of the Tung Wah Groups of Hospitals on November 6, 2020. He highlighted the provision of local medical services by Chinese leaders from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. His educational and interesting presentation was indeed eye-opening and insightful.
