Visit to E-learning Laboratory (HKU)

As part of our effort to enrich our expertise on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education, two science teachers and the Principal attended a workshop held by the E-learning Laboratory of The University of Hong Kong on the theme of "Smart Traffic Signal Design".  It was a fruitful experience for educators to learn more about the tertiary institution’s pedagogy as well as content knowledge in this innovative field.

With the setting up of the STEM Team at our school, teachers have been working on designing lessons to raise the profile of STEM education and apply it across our curriculum.  More importantly, in order to widen students' exposure, they are encouraged to take part in different competitions to put their knowledge into practice and test their skills against their peers in other schools.
