Sharing by Students in Exchange Programmes
Four senior form students (Chau Yu-chai Jenny 4B, Tsz Yin-lam Cherry 5A, Ip Wing-yu Michelle 5B and Kam Hiu-kei Priscilla 5E) conducted an assembly on 24 April to share their experiences in different exchange programmes in Sweden, the U.S. and Belgium in 2017-2018. They shared with schoolmates how they overcame difficulties, especially the language barrier when they resided overseas. Through the exchange programmes, they developed different life skills and were willing to step out of their comfort zone.
Followed by the sharing was the promotion of the Global Week 2019. Organizers from the Inter-cultural Education introduced different cultural programmes to be held from 24 to 26 April, aiming to develop students’ sense of global citizenship.
