Talk by Dr Chong Shuk Ching

Dr Chong Shuk Ching, an alumna of Ying Wa, was invited to deliver a talk during the morning assembly on 13 Feb.  In 2018, Dr Chong was awarded the Ten Outstanding Young Persons 2018. Currently, Dr Chong works as a clinical professional consultant at the Department of Paediatrics and Department of Obsterics and Gynaecology of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  During the talk, Dr Chong shared her pathway from her secondary education in Ying Wa to the professional development in medical science, particularly with her interests in early treatment for potential children's illnesses in the infant stage.  With her faith in God, she faced all challenges with unwavering determination.  In her last remarks, she encouraged students to treasure their school life in Ying Wa and all the encouragements from teachers as everything is essential in shaping one's character and nurturing a humble and serving heart.
