HSBC x JA Company Programme 2024/25

The entrepreneurial skills of a team of 25 Secondary Four and Five students were recognised with multiple awards in the HSBC x JA Company Programme 2024/25.  Their accolades included the “Digital Entrepreneurship Award”, “Eco Entrepreneurship Award”, “Most Popular Offering Award”, and “Best Offering Award - Merit”.

Over the course of a seven-month entrepreneurial journey, the students formed a simulated company named Eauracle, establishing key functional departments.  They developed innovative products, namely a board game titled “Sponge City: Future Developer”, a pouch, and a stuffed toy keychain, all designed to promote the awareness of water conservation.

From 8 March to 9 March 2025, students showcased and sold their products at an Innovation Pop-up in Kai Tak Mall.  This event provided them with valuable experience in selling and promoting their self-developed products.

The HSBC x JA Company Programme fosters holistic personal growth by nurturing entrepreneurial mindset, digital literacy, problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience.  We would like to thank our volunteer business advisors: Mr Ivan Mak (Product Owner, HSBC), Ms Kathryn Wong (Senior Legal Counsel, HSBC), Ms Jane Mok (Senior Marketing Manager, Yew Chung International School), and Mrs Grace Sung (Founder, Acton Watches).  Without their help, this project would not have been such a success.
