THS Field Trip to Cheung Chau

On 10 December 2025, 24 Tourism and Hospitality Studies (THS) students from S4 to S6 took part in a field trip to Cheung Chau, exploring the theme of food globalization.  The excursion provided a valuable opportunity to the students to explore the intersection of global and local food cultures, with Cheung Chau serving as a lively and authentic case study.  Through this immersive learning experience, students not only deepened their understanding of cultural exchange in food practices, but also nurtured an appreciation for diversity and cultivated respect for social differences.  This enriching journey highlights our commitment to experiential learning, empowering students to connect classroom knowledge with real‑world context.
