Professional Exchange with Munsang College

With the generosity and support from Munsang College, a total of 16 Ying Wa teachers visited Munsang College on 24 October to engage in professional dialogues with teachers of Munsang College on academic areas of learning and teaching.  Various topics were covered such as the use of data analysis for developing and evaluating learning and teaching strategies, programmes to nurture high flyers, measures connecting co-curricular activities and students’ motivation to learn, support of school leadership towards a better school etc.  In the opening remarks, Ms. Chan Yin-hung Kuby, Principal of Munsang College, highlighted the importance of developing a culture of sharing knowledge across different stakeholders.  Mr. Kwan Hon-cheung Francis, our Principal, showed his gratitude and encouragement to teachers of both schools to engage in more professional dialogues for the betterment of teachers and students.
