Global Week 2026

Global Week, co-organized by the Global Exposure Committee and Inter Cultural Education (ICE), took place from February 9 to 13.

Global Dialogues & Workshops

ICE representatives from various countries visited S1-S3 classes to discuss topics such as “Food Festivals”, “Education Systems”, and “Global Cultures”.

Meanwhile, S4 students participated in hands-on cultural workshops, including Mexican Piñata making, Filipino Graham Cake preparation, and South Korean Minhwa Art.  These sessions allowed students to appreciate unique customs and learn from our instructors.

Global Village

The Global Village was a lunchtime event hosted by our Global Week Student Ambassadors. The team set up thematic stalls and interactive activities to introduce their schoolmates to different languages and cultural snacks in an engaging way.  To prepare, our ambassadors prepared delicious treats like Buko Pandan, Mango Lassi, Rice Kurkure, and Chocolate-filled Crackers.

The event was supported by our parent volunteer, teacher advisors, and the Home Economics Department, who prepared Laughing Sesame Donuts (笑口棗) and shared the stories of joy behind them during the event.

Curiosity Cabin & Global Lunch

Lunchtimes became a lively gathering at our Steps of Faith, which transformed into a ‘Curiosity Cabin’ where students mingled with our guests.   With guests from over 20 different countries and regions, our students had the unique chance to interact with people from across Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania.
