Talk on MRCAO
During the morning assembly on Jan 21, 2026, our teacher of Citizenship, Economics and Society, Ms Cheung, delivered an informative talk about The Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance (MRCAO) that had just come into effect.
The assembly allowed students to learn more about the significance of the ordinance, which aims to protect children from abuse and neglect. Ms Cheung emphasized the responsibilities of educators, healthcare professionals, and social workers under the new law to report any suspected cases of child abuse. To foster an environment of safety and support, Ms Cheung urged everyone to remain vigilant and proactive in protecting vulnerable children.
