S4 Class Assemblies 2025-2026

From March to April, the S4 classes enchanted the entire school in a consecutive series of drama productions during morning assemblies.  Building on their experience from the 125th anniversary musical, the students infused the performances with vibrant singing and dancing, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

This event provided a fantastic platform for students to display their diverse talents in language, acting, stage directing, art, design, prop-making, creativity, and more.  The preparation for these assemblies also encouraged personal growth, enhancing teamwork, social skills, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

The morning assemblies led by the S4 classes are among Ying Wa’s most treasured traditions. They aim to expand students’ horizons by imparting valuable lessons and meaningful themes, aligned with our school goals: Enlighten, Empower, Embrace, and Engage.   Additionally, they reflect the 12 priority values outlined in the School Curriculum Framework: perseverance, respect for others, responsibility, national identity, commitment, integrity, benevolence, law-abidingness, empathy, diligence, filial piety, and unity.  Conducted in English, these assemblies enrich our English-speaking environment.
