STEM+E Competition 2022

85 secondary schools with more than 400 participants took part in the STEM+E Competition 2022.  Participants were required to form groups with students of other schools to develop a business proposal for a startup, using new technology and marketing strategies.  In the event, not only did students obtain a valuable chance of meeting startup founders and business consultants, but they also got to cooperate with others from different schools.

Five of our S3 and S4 students had outstanding performance.  Leung Tsoi Lam Phoebe’s (3E) group developed a painless venipuncture device into an at-home blood draw system and received the “Winner of the Venture Track”.  Moreover, being top presenters of the tournament, Lai Hoi Ching (4D) and Leung Chi Yu (3B) were awarded the Most Valuable Players (MVPs).  Indeed, they demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and leadership qualities.
