Global Week 2025

Global Week, co-organized by the Global Exposure Committee and Inter Cultural Education (ICE), took place from February 17 to 21, infusing our campus with vibrant cultural energy.

Global Dialogues & Workshops

ICE representatives from various countries visited S1-S3 classes to discuss topics such as “Food Festivals”, “Rites of Passage”, and “Global Cultures”.  Meanwhile, S4 students participated in various cultural workshops, including K-pop Dance, Singlish, Traditional Korean Folk Art, and Bojagi.  These sessions provided students with a unique opportunity to learn from the first-hand experiences of our guests.

Global Passport

Our Global Week Student Ambassadors were a big part of the event and created an amazing Global Passport that encouraged schoolmates to explore different cultures by collecting stamps for completing various tasks.

Global Village & Global Lunch

Lunchtimes became a lively gathering at our Steps of Faith, which transformed into a Global Village where students enjoyed meals and mingled with our guests.  This helped set the stage for the highlight of the week – the Global Lunch – a massive celebration in our Site B canteen that brought the whole school together!  Our fantastic Home Economics Department prepared delicious snacks (like笑口棗 and 馬蹄糕) and shared the cultural significance and values behind them, while our guests contributed their own traditional treats.  It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to bond over great food and shared experiences!

Overall, Global Week was a fun and engaging way to celebrate cultural diversity and appreciate the wonders of our world!
