Opening Service 2026

On September 1, 2026, Ying Wa Girls’ School buzzed with laughter and vibrant energy as we gathered for our Opening Service.  It was a joyful return for our S2–S6 students and a warm welcome for our new S1 cohort as they officially began their journey here. 

During the service, our principal, Ms Chuk, highlighted the power of a growth mindset when facing challenges and setbacks. This mindset serves as the foundation for our school's development goal: Shine with Confidence; Thrive in Love.  She inspired students to strive for improvement and show love and respect to one another.

Adding to these inspiring words, our vice-principals, Mr Ng, Ms Chau, and Mr Cheung, encouraged students to pursue academic excellence, uphold good character, and take active responsibility for protecting our campus and environment.
