Piano Recital
Thanks to the hard work of the Music Department, the Piano Recital was successfully held on July 16 at the So Chau Yim Ping Memorial Hall, located at the Breezy Path Campus of our school. Talented student pianists presented a programme of varied musical styles and traditions which included compositions by Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert, Clara Schumann, Liszt, Chopin, Brahms, Debussy, Prokofiev, Copland and Granados. This recital marked the first formal concert held in school, and the audience, including parents, alumnae, teachers, students and friends of YW, had a warm gathering of music sharing in this memorable and enjoyable event.
