S4 Exhibition Visits: Integrating Values Education in English Curriculum

As part of the English Department's values education programme, we organized two exhibition visits for a group of S4 students in this school year.

The first exhibition, titled "Coming Full Circle – The Tailor World of Ng Ming" at PMQ, provided students with valuable insights into the importance of perseverance through the story of Mr Ng Ming, a skilled tailor with a terminal illness.

The second exhibition, "The Hong Kong Jockey Club Series: The Ancient Civilisation of the Xia, Shang, and Zhou Dynasties in Henan Province" at the Hong Kong Museum of History, offered our students a unique opportunity to witness artefacts from the Xia, Shang, and Zhou Dynasties, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of our nation’s rich history.

Following these visits, students engaged in creative learning tasks to reflect on their experiences.  They produced videos and compositions, allowing them to express their thoughts and insights about the exhibitions and the lessons they learned.
