Student Association and Inter-house Elections 2025-26

The highly anticipated Student Association (SA) and Inter-house Committee Elections were successfully held on September 12, 2025.

Embracing the school’s cherished core value of “to serve but not to be served”, 19 determined and passionate students formed the SA cabinet Astheilia, under the inspiring slogan, “Ascend to Astra”, promising to create opportunities for each student to unleash their own potential on their journey to chase their dreams.

This year, the elections were further electrified by the presence of two Inter-house Committee cabinets, Estovera and Valiente, each of which put forth powerful slogans, which were “Ignite your spark, express your heart” and “Vanquish the fear, spark your fire” respectively. Both cabinets proposed creative and educational initiatives to foster students’ self-confidence and growth.

On September 10, during the whole-school morning assembly, the candidates presented their platforms with passion and clarity.   The competitive spirit brought about by the two Inter-house Committee cabinets heightened the excitement of the election, sparking vibrant and fruitful discussion during the election debate that was held on September 11 for the whole school.

Despite being confronted with challenging and thought-provoking questions, the candidates exhibited remarkable composure, confidence, and wisdom.   Their unwavering commitment to serving the school community and their readiness to lead were on full display, inspiring both admiration and pride.   This election was not merely a contest but a demonstration of the students’ courage, dedication, and unyielding desire to make a difference.
