Students Day
Students were given more exposure to foreign culture as African guest performers and speakers came to our end-of-term Students' Day on 2nd July, 2014. Workshops on African face-painting and handicrafts were also held.
Dance Competition
The Dance Competition is a much treasured event. Individuals and Groups took part in the event on 4 July 2014 and displayed their talents.
Study Tour to Zhongshan
The Civic Education Committee organized a study tour to Zhongshan (from 26/6/14 to 28/6/14) with The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. 30 S4 – 5 students joined the tour with the theme on the study of “San Nong Issues (三農問題)”. Students organized different activities for the children of migrant workers. Family interviews were also conducted to facilitate a deeper understanding towards the issues.
Mathematics Competition
On 16 May 2014, a S3 Mathematics Competition was organized by the Mathematics Department and co-organized by the SAC. In the competition, students were given the opportunity to exercise their mathematical concepts and skills through actions and games.
「如何正面處理親子衝突？」家長講座
隨著女兒踏入青春期，親子衝突往往較以前增加，損害家庭的和諧。有見及此，家長教師會於2014年5月10日(六)舉辦「如何正面處理親子衝突？」家長講座。
Friendly Basketball Match
A teacher-student friendly Basketball match was held on 30 April 2014. Excitement and laughter filled the Open Playground.
Study Tour to Hunan
The Civic Education Committee led 20 S4-5 students to participate in a 5D4N tour (from 21/4/2014 – 25/4/2014) in Hunan Province, China. The tour was organized by the EDB with the aims to explore the knowledge on the preservation of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the city planning as well as the economic development of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan (ChangZhuTan Golden Triangle).
